Worldwide and domestic shipping within the UK is available on all pieces.

All parcels are sent from London, United Kingdom via either a courier service or Royal Mail depending on the size of the order. Multiple item orders may incur additional fees and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

We aim to dispatch items ordered in the shortest time possible. You will be notified with a tracking number once your order has been sent. If you require an express service, please get in touch for a quote.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages occurred whilst in transit.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. We take care to list our items with accurate measurements so you are fully aware of size and scale before purchasing. As these items are vintage, imperfections and signs of wear may be visible, and have been photographed in the images, therefore we advise you to carefully study before making a purchase. We are a small business and will deal with returns on an individual basis.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet any of the following:

-Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the item.

-We must receive the item back within 14 days after the return has been confirmed.

-All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received with original packaging. Please note all items are thoroughly checked and fully described prior to sale.

If there is a genuine fault with objects purchased, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@studiomantel.co.uk and we will do all we can to help. If a return is accepted, it must arrive back to us within 14 days of agreement. Unfortunately after this period it is no longer eligible for a refund. Postage costs are non refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item and we recommend using a trackable service as Mantel will not accept responsibility for items lost or damage during the return process.

We are committed to reducing environmental impact within our business, and have worked hard to research best practice for our packaging.

For very fragile items, we may use bubble wrap that has been repurposed from post we have received and kept hold of for future use.

We value our customers and take your privacy very seriously. We do not share any personal data collected with any outside agencies or organisation's other than as necessary to complete your business transactions (which includes credit card processing or shipping address).

We retain account information such as email address, name, and address on our system to make your shopping and ordering experience faster and more convenient. Such information can be removed from our system by contacting us directly.
